You are solely responsible for using our products and features in compliance with the law in your jurisdiction. We do not accept liability for any unlawful, unethical or unauthorised use of our services.

3) Children’s privacy

Our web services are intended for adults and legal guardians. We do not knowingly communicate with or sell to children. Children under applicable age thresholds must not submit personal information without verifiable consent from a parent or legal guardian. We do not share a child’s personal information with third parties for their own purposes.

4) User-generated content

You are solely responsible for any media or content you upload or publish through our Site. You must ensure the accuracy of such content and that you have the right to disclose it. Content must comply with the law and with our Terms & Conditions. We may remove content that violates these requirements.

5) Account creation & eligibility

To use account-based features you must register and be 18+ (or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction). During registration you may be asked for personal information (e.g., name, e-mail). When you create child profiles you may provide information about the child (e.g., name or nickname, age, addresses of interest where relevant, and other fields necessary to operate features you enable). You may only add children for whom you are the parent or legal guardian, or where you have explicit written authorisation from the legal guardian. By registering, you consent to our processing of the information you supply in accordance with our privacy notices.

6) Products distinction (Dashboard vs. Child App)

• Guardian Dashboard (web/app): built for parents/legal guardians to configure settings, view summaries and manage supervision features. From the parent’s own device we generally process only account data and diagnostics required to secure and operate the service; we do not collect the parent device’s call history, contacts, installed apps or precise location via the Dashboard.
• Child App (mobile): installed on a child’s device with appropriate consent to enable features you select (e.g., category blocking, time limits, location, alerts). Data collection on the child’s device depends on your configuration, platform limitations and permissions granted.

7) Mobile software

We provide software for compatible mobile devices. We do not warrant that every device or OS version is supported. Some features require specific permissions (e.g., Location, Accessibility/Usage Access, Notifications, Overlay). Disabling permissions may limit functionality.

8) Installation and lawful use

By registering an account and installing our apps, you warrant that you:

• are the parent/legal guardian of each child device you configure, or are otherwise legally authorised to supervise that device;
• will follow all instructions and documentation;
• will not install or use the software on a device you do not own or control, or where you lack lawful authority;
• will not use the Site or Services in breach of any applicable law or court order.

Unlawful interception, secret monitoring or surveillance of individuals without proper authority may be illegal. Consult independent legal advice if in doubt.

9) Plans, billing and cancellation (summary)

We may offer a free tier with limited features and paid subscriptions with additional functionality and support. If fees are unpaid, we may suspend or downgrade access until balances are settled. You may cancel at any time; unless required by law, fees already paid are non-refundable and service continues until the end of the current billing period.

10) Cookies (summary)

Like many websites, we may use cookies and similar technologies to operate and secure the Site, remember your choices, improve performance and—where permitted—measure reach and effectiveness of MuslimSurfer information.
